My 'Liver Support & Detox for Healthier Hormones' meal plan program, has been developed using foods and nutrients which directly support liver function and healthy hormone metabolism. Not only that, but it provides the nutrients our gut loves, which aids and assists the liver by increasing beneficial gut flora, reducing inflammation and internal toxins and improving sluggish digestive symptoms, like bloating and constipation.
Yours in good health,

Liver Support & Detox Meal Plan Program for Healthier Hormones
Welcome to my Liver Support and Detox Meal Plan Program.
This a general liver cleanse using food and lifestyle strategies to gently optimise our body's natural detoxification process.
Providing foods for the liver and gallbladder encourages better digestion, absorption of nutrients, metabolism of fats, and cholesterol and healthier metabolism and elimination of toxins and hormones.
Included with the plan is a fully done for you weekly meal plan, shopping list, 'how to do' prep and a beautiful recipe ebook.
You will also be able to download a blank meal plan template for you to use to plan your own meals, and a booklet of additional recipes for you to add variety and substitute weekly breakfasts, lunches and dinners..
As part of the plan you will also receive a 20 page guide on how to naturally support your liver and reduce your toxic load.
The plan includes fish and there is mayonnaise in one meal but this can be either egg or egg free dependant on allergens. The plan is gluten and dairy free with the exception of abit of feta and butter. You can substitute these with dairy free cheese and butter if you are totally dairy free. The plan doesn't contain meat as it can be hard to digest. Fish, beans, greens and grains like quinoa provide our essential protein blocks, (vital for good liver detoxification), so remember your good fats and amino acids are important for your liver, gut and immune system to function well.
Foods have been chosen which specifically support and nourish liver function and the nutrients contained in these meals also provide the antioxidants, fibre and good fats, necessary to feed our beneficial gut bacteria and support a strong and balanced immune function. (Vitamin C, vitamin D, cysteine, selenium, vitamin E, zinc, magnesium, iron, beta-carotene and essential amino acids).
This plan is not for those diagnosed with gallbladder obstruction and some of the spices and herbs are contraindicated with pregnancy. The plan is also cautioned with those who have had their gallbladder removed. Contact me if you have any questions.
