CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments are subject to a 40% cancellation charge if notice is given less than 48-24 hours prior to the appointment time and a 100% cancellation charge if notified 24 hours before or on the day of the appointment. This is cover the time taken by myself to prepare for the session and the empty slot.

09:00 - 18.00 Tuesday to Friday
PAYMENT
Is to be make at the time of the appointment and in advance for multiple bookings. A BACS transfer is required for packages and programs. Online services take Paypal and Card Payments.
Packages & Programs need to be booked in within 12 months of purchase. No refunds given.
The time between consultations may vary depending on the protocol.
